We want you to be fully satisfied with your SikSilk purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain products like underwear and swimwear can only be returned if the protective seal is intact.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original labels and tags are still attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Get Refunded

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
